Quick Way To Level?

Well, I decided I wanted to try a different faction, and I am at level 30 on my main faction. I want to be a different race, but same class and play style I have been using. Is there a FASTER way to level up in this game aside from the slow quest grinding? Can grouping with a high level partner and having him kill high level enemies give me big chunks of XP? I would be happy getting a quicker boost to around level 20, but I am dreading the low level stuff all over again lol.

Please stick to the question, no trolls please. I simply wish to know if there is a fast way to level. No need to post anything but answers regarding the question.

Do quests faster? But no, trying to have a partner cheat for you will not grant you higher XP.

My /played around level 20 is probably less than a day, so I don't really know how much faster you can want it.

Quests are what got my NB from 1 to 15 in one day. Its a pain in the backside yea, but the only way I know how other than grinding mobs for hours on end.

I have a full time job, 1-15 in ONE day is not possible for me. Nor do I want to sit in front of the screen for an entire day lol.

Explain how that is "cheating" please, seems like your just another troll (there is NO food, please go back under the bridge).

I have a full time job and a life outside of video games. I simply ask WHAT THE FASTEST WAY IS. Your extra comments were not needed.

Having someone escort you around a zone which you would not be able to survive in simply to try and get increased XP (you won't) would be kind of the definition of cheating the system. I have a full-time job and life, too. Leveling isn't that hard.

Some people do grind groups and such, not sure at which levels or where.. but you're gonna have to do some quests along the way. I believe some areas are actually unlocked through quests (at least they're that way for DC). I have heard grinding can be hard on the pocketbook too. I've never done it personally, so I don't know.. but I've seen people on the forums talking about not making enough to recoup repair costs if literally all they do is grind.

Find someone your own level and grind with rings of Mara on (note: not a huge boost but every little bit...) If you look on youtube there are numerous videos showing where to grind at what level. It is FAR faster with two people as there is a very minor hit to xp until you add a third, and your time to kill(ttk) is lower by far.
I suggest going with 2 dps as well, you will be looting plenty of potions to keep yourself alive. Also if it's a good friend your grinding with make an agreement to email researchables/breakdownables (yes those are words dang it, i said them didnt I!?) to each other to help keep your bags clear a bit.
I started as a Templar myself and grew so sick of biting jabs being the only thing worth using I decided to switch to sorc. Of course I had to catch up to my friends again as I am their leader...
So just setup shop in a spot with mobs that give you at least 100-160xp a kill and just murder them till you level enough the xp starts dropping then move to the next area. You will still likely want to progress the main story and guild quests, but you can do that when your partner isn't online.

No, there's no way to level up faster than doing quests.

Your sources of level experience are; Killing monsters, exploring a new area, completing quests, and opening locked chests. Those are the only ways I've discovered so far. Quest completions grant the highest portion of experience, from what I've seen.

I did a little test run near the beginning, and just ran around and killed monsters at my level (or a bit higher). The amount of time it took me to gain a level just killing monsters was drastically higher than the amount of time I would have spent going from point A to point B completing a single quest. And I'll point out that I actually listen to the whole NPC voiceover (because it's fun for me), so that's factoring in the time spent doing that as well.

I suppose, if you don't really care about the story at all and you just want to hit the level cap, the fastest way for you to level is to gather quests, click through the conversation as quickly as possible, and then run out and complete it.

The moment you call someone stupid, or try to display your opinion as "fact", you lose all credibility.

    Grouping up.

Team up with people and complete all the:
    • Zone Boss's
    • Public Dungeons
    • Dark Ahcnors (dolmens)

This clears alot of the extra running around you would do while questing.
It will net you a big chunk of exp aswell.

Then you can just power through all your quests.
    I recommend using the http://esohead.com/map#439.2.50.50
And using the filter on the right to be able to select what you want the map to track, it will help track quests effectively, it will help you to not miss quests and allow you to get maximum exp.

Often you will see people advertise for "LFG zone completion" or something like that.
And all it is, is basically what i listed above.
It's also a good way to make friends.
