So I just discovered this today, it's beautiful and exotic and I love sunken ruins.
However, I am disappointed by two things: We can't dive down among the ruins and sunken ships, and there's no way to sail around to the islands, you have to swim over to them; and that's *a lot* of swimming! Pretty sure you can actually go over to all them too.
If you added diving into the game and put in boats like GW2 has now, I would seriously consider buying this house when it becomes available.
