I didn't think about this until just now, but it seems weird that we weren't given free CP and skill morph respecs given the hybridization and other combat changes this patch. It seems like a pretty big change and in the past we've been given the ability to do respecs for free at the shrines and all.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

IMO the changes with this patch are not substantial enough to require ZOS to provide a free respec (refund of skill points/morphs) for everyone. There are some classes and specs that were barely affected, if at all.
Sure, there's going to be some meta changes on gear sets and builds, but that's every patch.
That being said, with the ridiculously high price of Armory slots, and the inability to swap Armory builds where it would be most useful (e.g. trials) I do agree that players shouldn't be forced to waste an expensive blank Armory slot just to reset their character's skills and morphs for free. Personally, I would rather just see all gold / Crown costs removed from all of the shrines, since the logic behind charging players for them in the first place is very outdated and increasingly irrelevant to how the game is played now vs. in 2014.Paralyse, Sanguine's Tester - Enjoying ESO since beta. For this one its way way better to pay to modify cp and morphs than to document then reset and rebuild everything with armory. I used an addon who let me set all the combat passives and an nice sett for the green, leaving me just to fill the slotable for builds.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.0 -

just do writs on 1 or 2 chars and sell the dreugh waxes.
you can get 15k to pay for all of it.
