Simmering Frenzy nerf

It feels a little heavy handed for what it has become. At the 10 stacks it is 400 wpn/spell dmg at a -2500/hp + only self heal cost. Using Molten Weapon gives my tank in his
dps gear 1.1k wpn dmg with out any such costs. I was under the impression the Simmer Frenzy skill existed with the Pale Order Ring in mind, you gambled with your life b/c the
cost got real high and either got you killed or was cut off when you were unable to keep up.

I can understand if the view was it gifted too much dmg bonus, but 400 as a cap feels a bit low for the costs.

    Unliked Sated Fury there is no reason to really leave it on for prolonged periods of time, and it's only 100 spell and weapon damage over Sated Fury to. A set bonus gives more spell and weapon damage than that, and in order to make it a competitive morph they got to make it 50 per stack to at least make it's bonus worthwhile. 500 spell and weapon damage (200 over Sated Fury) sounds a lot more helpful and useful than 400 spell and weapon damage over the infinitely scaling off GCD heal on the 300 spell and weapon damage Sated Fury.

    Either that or they could keep it at 30 spell and weapon damage per stack, but increase the stacks to 20. Then it'd sit at 600 spell and weapon damage after 40 seconds keeping it on, it'd cost far more than Sated Fury, and be a nice option.
