Thanks for the videos, I watched many of them yesterday. I am new to editing houses. Quick question, is there a way to remove specific structures that are not highlighted in the housing editor? For example, I just bought Ossa Accentium and on the top floor is a solid cement railing that I want to remove and add flooring to open it up more. How can I remove the railing?

You can't, as far as I know at least.

Unfortunately, you cannot.

Game assets part of the physical house that aren't selectable aren't moveable. In this case, I'd likely add stairs all around the outside of the banister and a floor in the middle. If you wanted to really do that extra flooring.
