Fargrave is fantastic!

Agreed. Just wish they had let us out to explore those strange dunes outside as well. :)
Exactly what I thought when I first arrived there and looking at the dunes like "is this it? there could have been so much more!" So many areas in the game have untapped potential, look at Vvardenfell and the Red Mountain for instance. Sad thing is -- they'll probably never revisit these areas. Writ boards in Fargrave would make me happy enough to turn it into my hub for now, but alas..

Agreed, the architecture is amazing and the atmosphere in general is fantastically otherworldly. I just wish the city was bigger, and that it included a little bit more from the Shambles before the loading screen that separates the enemy territory.

I want to explore more of Fargrave. I love the look of the skies and the endless dunes. I hope for more Fargrave content in the future, meanwhile i will enjoy my new mansion there

Absolutely agree Fargrave and the Dealands are the bomb. Love the story and the way everything has been put together, the architecture and the feel of the zone is just so well done.

As a bonus, Arox the Mutilator is just icing on the cake.

(The only criticism I would make is the Fargraves guild trader area - having to go through it to get to the shambles (yes I am aware of the portal) is just so clunky. Why set it apart from the rest of the city? Thumbs down on that!)

Love Arox! I hope he appears more often! He'd be a solid companion!

    Fargrave is beautiful, indeed.

The only thing that prevents me from going there more often are the numerous load screens that cut the city into small fragments. Want to visit the guild traders: load screen. Want to craft something: load screen. Want to take a stroll in the Shambles: load screen. Etc.

Ah, what the heck, I'll also add my praise to ZOS - I may complain where I feel it is justified, BUT:

ZOS, you've done a FANTASTIC job with Fargrave.

it feels alien, weird, strange, outlandish, bizzarre - not of Tamriel, or Nirn.

A fine job, a fine job indeed.

I wasn't blown away by The Deadlands DLC in general, but the city of Fargrave itself is straight-up one of the best things they've ever done.

Yep, Fargrave and IMHO Deadlands have been a pleasant surprise for me after Blackwood. Art, both static and animated has returned to the old standards (Summerset and Morrowind, e.g.).

The funny thing about Fargrave is all these legendary heroes and villians within the lore probwbly have no idea that it even exists., it is certainly a cool place to live and much of the problems of Nirn would mean nothing there, even things like the three banners war would seem trivial to people who live in Oblivion.

Imagine if you were born there, Nirn would seem tame and boring.

Yeah. The world artists always do an amazing job, Fargrave is no exception.

Did anyone notice that the architecture has sneaky Chimer/Daedric elements in it?

Eh, I'm not so sure about that sentiment... If anything, I think the presence of characters like Divayth Fyr and Valsirenn indicates that there probably are quite a few characters in lore who know about it, but don't engage with it on a regular basis.

I'd be willing to bet money that the Psijics & House Telvanni are broadly aware of Fargrave at upper ranks, and probably some of the Sapiarchs as well. Individually powerful mages like Vanus Galerion, Vastarie, Barilzar, and Mannimarco probably at least know of it (and may have even gone there). The Tribunal almost-certainly knows of it, and if that one quest in the Deadlands is any indicator, Sotha Sil may have even travelled there.
