Presuming you are on PC, you can press 1-5 whilst on the guild screen to switch between guilds.also quik keys for each guild tab would help alot.
Part 1-
-Make a Game Launcher with character Selector drop down and server select. No one cares about fancy cinematic [Snip] they just want get in and to play the game. if its that important, put in a small window on the launcher itself.
-Fix your Guild Window [Snip]. works better with Tabs with especially when it stays on which one you left the window accessed with. also quik keys for each guild tab would help alot. get rid of drop downs and create Tabs on the side and across the top of the window.
-Fix Vampire Class [Snip] has absolutely nothing to do with Vampirism AT ALL.
-Fix your UI we shouldn't have to download mods for it to function the way it should. go look at bandits or LUI elements that should give you a good idea what people want.
-Fix your File logging shouldn't have to enable combat logs every time you get booted from crashing or swapping.
There will be more......

Part 2-
- make graphics and physics like RDR 2

There are many threads requesting an enhanced version of the character selection screen, but no where in any of them did I ever see anyone requesting a butchered version of log-in that takes away yet MORE atmosphere from the game.
These threads have included anything from requests for the ability to select backgrounds from the past backgrounds we have had, to the ability to pose characters and choose the time of day/lighting displayed on the selection screen of each character.
Many who play ESO with the exception of a select few care about fancy cinematics, as they are interesting to look at during log in, add to individual character identity, and provide an atmosphere that makes one feel excited to play the game. People enjoy looking at the characters they have designed on the log in screen.
To be honest...drop down menus like the ones you're requesting might be utilitarian, but in my experience are a hallmark of cheap and lazy design that make the game feel uncared for. They're boring, require minimum effort from the developer, and provide no memorable visuals for the player.
Lets not encourage ZOS to strip this game down any further, please.

EQ2 handles this well. If you want to launch through the character selection screen you can, but there's a drop-down character list for those who prefer to log straight into the game. As always, these things should be about offering options and maximising choice.
