Character voice sometimes is wrong gender.

I feel like I can't be the only one who noticed this (which is why it's taken me a few years to write this.)

But sometimes, when fighting with a melee weapon my female character will use the male grunting sound. it feels like it's every 4 th or 5th sound.

Since it's relatively consistent, I wonder if a link in an array somewhere got mixed up.

Also, I just want to say thanks to everyone working on these tickets. Programming is hard, making tons of updates on top of content updates can't be a walk in the park. So, while I've been angry in the past bc I.going through some mental health stuff I appreciate the effort.

If you've not done so, please try running a repair through the ESO launcher to see if that helps with the NPC having the wrong voice.

I had this problem when i did a race change. Devs swear theres nothing wrong about my character though.

I am operating off a fresh install, but I just verified game files. No issues. Since someone else is having issues too, maybe at some point I'll figure out how to upload a video. somewhere and show you directly, but my health/brain still isn't great and for right not it's a small issue.

HOWEVER, I just want to say officially, for the record, it's little things like this that eat away at my patience for other bugs (this and some items in the environment not being placed right. I've seen alchemy nodes submerged in trees, rocks floating in the air, and it's been there for years and not been fixed. So when I get one big bug, sometimes I lose my cool way more than I otherwise would and the last major bug I experienced made me log off for several months (maybe a year).

I don't expect this to get fixed based on the other guy's reply, but I wanted to add this note so that it can (hopefully) make it to a higher up and maybe help them remember concepts of human psychology that they might be rusty on, and and are still very important to game design and keeping a consisting paying playerbase.

Thanks for the update. We recommend opening a ticket with customer support to report this issue so it can be looked into.
