PC/EU The stairs in Coldharbour (Hollow City) are blocked - Or have they always been this way?

I was on my way to the Achievement furnisher in Hollow City when I came across a set of stairs I couldn't climb

So I tried to run the other way around, but those stairs were blocked too

I cannot remember that ever having been an issue for me before in Hollow City, but I could be wrong

ETA: I meant Hollow CIty

Looking at the mini-map, those should be passable.

I asked my brother to join me to see if he got the same issue, and it turns out that there's a small blockage, like a misplaced invisible wall or something on the stairs, which we found out you can jump over (or ride across on your mount) I've just never had that happen in Hollow City before

Same experience, on several different alts. I thought it was a glitch with my computer or internet at first (character stopped moving on those stairs), but when it happened again later at the same location I realized it was a glitch in the game. Got around it, though — it’s a small area that’s blocked.

Same here on PC NA. I've also had the same thing happen sometimes on a couple windmill staircases in Fell's Run (Rivenspire). Can jump over the problem but still a bug.
