Possible to get to the daily quest vendor in IC without going to the home base first?

I'm hoping this is just something I've missed. I log into IC and go to lets say Memorial District and take the daily quest. I then complete all the quest requirements but don't want to go back to the home base yet, I'd like to start the Nobles District daily. Right now I run to the Nobles district but can't find a way to get up to the upper ledge to get the quest. i have to get BACK to the home base, then climb the ladder to Nobles and take the quest. Possible to get up there from down on the ground in the Nobles District without going back to home base?

Regrettably the only way to get up to the quest-givers is via the ladders from the sewer base. So your best bet if you'll want to do multiple quests is to pick them up one after the other from the base before you jump down into the districts.

I suppose technically you can also get to them if your alliance has control of a district and you die and choose to respawn in that district. But that's not what you'd call ideal.

Thank you, sadly that is what I considered doing of nothing else was available.

Sadly 12x load screens to pick up all quests, then drop down.

Alternatively, ask people to share quests with you.
