Please add IC quest pickup board in the starting area!

We already face many loading issues in IC with the current event so requiring 6 12 zone changes to get all the daily quests is very silly.

Perhaps hide the items on the board until you have visited the quest giver in their location at least once, but you already delay us from going up and down too quickly, stop making us have to do that and let us pick them up without that extra hassle and delay! Please!

Fixing it so the AD quests mark the proper ladder would also be a great thing to have! The other alliances work well, why not AD?

It feels like a troll to make players go up and down the ladders to collect all the quests, then also add a hidden timer so you can't go up and down the ladders too quickly. How ZOS doesn't see how unfriendly that is to players is quite mind boggling.

Add the regular zone change crashes, and this becomes the highlight of your day, and easily takes a good long half hour.

Yes, absolutely. This should of been done a long time ago. Put all the quests on a job board so you don’t have six quest markers clogging up the area either.

Questing in IC is a painful mess in my opinion. It needs a complete rework.

Or have the NPCs be in IC like when we hand in the quests. But a board would definitely be the easiest.

Every PvP event, a couple times a year, someone makes this great suggestion, beginning about 5 years ago.

You could try tagging this thread with the ZOS employee ID's, but it's not likely to make any difference. They know people want this and it would be a great QOL improvement.

I wonder how many years we have been asking for this... longer than I can recall to be honest. I cannot fathom why it would be such a big issue to change this, to the betterment of QoL, server performance and resource allocation.

It should have been quest boards in the bases to start with. ZOS seriously never considers player behavior when designing stuff. Even if you didn't get constant "jump failed" or whatever messages, it is still annoying to climb up/down all the ladders to collect your quests before even starting to do them.

I know. I did go up a stair, got the quest and tried to do that quest before going on to the next, my first one or two times in IC, before I knew any better... it is just such a drag as it is now. Serves no purpose at all. :/

Even worse is when you get killed and need to respawn..
If there is any other claimed district you must respawn there, go to sewer and then district you need to go.
all the time suffering through "jump failed" messages. 75% of time spent in IC is trying to change zones...

And then ZOS is all "why do people hate IC"?

while trolls in their midst are rubbing hands like cartoon villains.

I even get the jump failed message when IC is empty during normal non-event times. The zone is borked.

I question if that would help at all.

I could see having you talk to the quest giver on site for the first time for story reasons, though that is weak now.

They know zoning is a problem and implemented something to fix that (it was not here a year or two ago) but failed to fix the core problem.

The "get back after death" problem is another thing they really need to fix.

That is because they added a timer without any indication it is running. It keeps you from going up and down too fast as if that was the best solution to make things work better.

That is because you cannot get the next quest without going back to the home base. Ways to do that do exist, but still have needless delays. Things like this make me question whether anyone is really task with small QoL issues.

I love bigger ones like the sticker book, but little ones like this seem to never get addressed. The fact that the AD ladders don't properly show the quest markers (routing through another faction's home base) and have for years also demonstrates this.

Does ZOS realize the "broken window" theory has many valid points? Do they know what it is? (Small unfixed problems degrade entire neighborhoods.)
