Furnishing Plans removed from Atoll Boss?

I've been in the Atoll of Immolation for about 2 1/2 hours now, continually killing the endboss. Not a single furnishing plan has dropped from the chest.

Have they been removed? And if yes, where have they been moved to?

It's bad enough that you can't get the Fargrave plans in a normal manner, now the Deadlands one are being gatekept, too? >.>

    That's a recent change, though.

    A few weeks back, I could count on at least one or two in an hour. But 2 1/2 hours and nothing? O.o

    also just making sure, are you using the atoll of immolation from the deadlands, not the atoll of immolation from blackwood?(they are functionally identical, but still completely separate zone instances, it is very confusing)

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

    Yes. Entered the Atoll right from the Deadlands, since I was doing the Brandfire Reformatory delve just before that.
