Can't buy the Bag of Veterans Glory even when I'm missing some things

I brought it up during the PTS testing of the event and I didn't get an answer back then, but hopefully I could get some more insight on the issue:

I am missing only 2 Ebonsteel Knight pages from last year's Midyear Mayhem events, and I was hoping to buy them from the Bag of Veterans Glory. The website article states that the bag gives missing items from the previous events, but it doesn't seem to apply to Ebonsteel Knight pages.

Is this supposed to be intentional or can we expect a fix for it soon @ZOS_Kevin?

    Definitely report it in-game ASAP.

    I don't see anything in the announcements of them still dropping from bosses, so theoretically they should be obtainable somehow from the impresario or her assistant.

    Though maybe they are dropping -- don't know only second day.

    I wonder if there's a mix-up of events?

    When I look at the tooltips for Legion Zero Vigiles in my Collections, Outfit Styles, it mentions "the Imperial City Celebration."

    But the tooltips for Ebonsteel Knight and Legion Zero (not Legion Zero Vigiles) say "Purchase, Promotion, or Event" without mentioning a specific event.

    Yet this Whitestrake's Mayhem has the Legion Zero Vigiles style that used to be associated specifically with the Imperial City Celebration rather than with Midyear Mayhem.

    Might be onto something there. UESP says the Legion Zero Vigiles style "is obtainable during the 2020 Imperial City Celebration event". And that Ebonsteel Knight "were obtainable during the Midyear Mayhem 2021 event". Brings up another question though, perhaps some styles are available during the January MYM events and some during the June event?

    Just adding that the 2020 IC event was September 3 to September 15 (loosely represented in 2021 with the Year One Celebration from August 26 to September 7). MYM in 2021 was January 28 to February 9 and June 24 to July 6.

    Well, someone said they got the banner-bearer style in a grab bag, and that was from MYM, so I dunno. But it does seem like there might be an issue of some kind with the grab bag.

    @Maitsukas Thanks for reaching out about this. So when it comes to the Bag of Veterans Glory the article is technically correct, "Containing a collectible that you don’t currently own from previous years’ Mayhem events". However, we went to double check with the dev team and there is a curated set of items that are attainable from the bag from past events that will rotate every Whitestrake's Mayhem or equivalent event. For this event, the Ebonsteel Knight pages are not apart of this Whitestrake's Mayhem rotation for the Bag of Veteran's Glory.

    We have noted the confusion with the team regarding the article wording, specifically that the wording should be more specific next time when noting what collectibles are attainable from the Bag of Veteran's Glory. So it currently is working as intended.
