Although seige repairs require a quickslot allocation, the items required are not listed under tools
It would help if they were.

✭✭✭✭✭They are under the slottable section of your inventory and can be applied to the toolbar from there. They aren't really tools like other tools in the collectable section since they take up inventory space and can run out. The tools section is for persistent collectables. And, the tools and momentos section don't even work in Cyrodil.1
