Please Update Sorcerer Conjured Pet Appearance.

I would love if at least the eyes were updated... just the eyes... they look like they were painted... Maybe add some glow? Like old Bound Aegis...

The morrowind clanfears look better... It just hurts, warden is so lucky

Other sorcerer pets could also use a update...

I find the pet useful in battle but an eye sore otherwise, once I'm done with a run, it's getting unsummoned

This has been requested for years. Or at least to give us skins with other (and updated looks).

It has become extra annoying now with Blackwood when every damn clanfear and scamp has gotten their looks updated, yet we still have to run around with that horrible light purple lump of painted rock.

that second pic with the darkskin looks nice, I don't recall seeing this, the bottom is shadowrend from the banished cells
honestly anything would be an improvement, they need to be updated imo, the rest of the game has gotten graphical tweeks, shadows, water etc, why not the sorc pet

I like the idea of improving/updating their appearances. After having seen the Soulfire Dragon pet, I think a smaller, more ethereal, glowy Twilight Matriarch would be fabulous.

Each summon could have an appearance which reflects the plane of Oblivion they come from. Twilights come from Azura's realm, Moonshadow, don't they? A realm of blinding beauty, with "flowers and waterfalls, majestic trees, a city of silver, but it is all a blur. The colors run like water. It's raining now, and the wind smells like perfume" (from "The Doors of Oblivion"). I'd love that in a Matriarch.

I actually love the Twilight, Clannfear and Scamp. I think the artists did an amazing job. What I really do wish is that they weren't purple and translucent. It doesn't make any sense for them to be: other daedra appearing in Mundus aren't purple and glowy, why should ours be?

As to skins? I think they'd be cool. I'd be leaning towards the aesthetic in the pictures above because they feel authentic, as opposed to the Elsweyr Clannfear, Psijic Clannfear, Ice Clannfear, Hypertonic Adiabatic Skipped-Leg-Day Quasiglannfear shash-mill. Shadowrend looks amazing, as does the armoured Clannfear. The "newer style" (actually base-game: you can see that model in Cheesemonger's Hollow) would also be really cool.

The purple is obviously because each class is supposed to have a color scheme, and Sorcerers drew the short stick.
I could understand having some purple particle effect around Sorcerer pets, but the pet itself should have its normal color - beige scamp, green clannfear, purple-grey twiligth.

They said they wouldn't change old game assets though, because when they did once (updating Redguard and Orc motifs), people had a fit. So we are stuck with crappy quality because some people got attached to it.

What they should do is offer pet skins like the Warden bear has.

For me, I wonder if how they packaged it might have confounded their conclusions. For instance, there was a lot stuff bundled with it that I actively didn't want elevating the price. If I had got it, would it then tell zos that I really liked all the other random ugly stuff? And there are reasons to wonder to what degree one single reskin available only for players interested in one of the least frequent played classes is representative.

Its strange, to me. Mounts and pets are pushed so hard, and if zone is anything to go by, are wildly successful. Why would it be any different for pets that you happen to summon? I can't help but wonder if they would have gotten a better response with a more robust push.

You can hardly tell the difference with the Warden bear skins, and the bears are cute! The Sorc pets are just ugly.
Please please please make a skin for the matriach that makes it SMALLER so it isn't in other people's face all the time.

The warden bear "reskin" took a decent looking bear and made it uglier (boring annoying grey).

I think they can add some skins to these conjured things in just like the Warden Bear skin. I would love to conjure different looking shades for example.
