  Yes, ofc. You're comparing a trait with a passive. Twin blade and blunt means each mace gives you 1650 penetration, each dagger gives 812 critical chance. Sharpened gives you 1376 penetration per wep, while precise gives you 3.5% crit chance per wep.
  
  I think 219 crit chance is 1% but someone else maybe able to update. But if that's still the case precise maces will give you 7% crit chance and 3300 pen, while sharpened daggers will give you 7.4% crit but only 2752 pen. Is it a big difference, no. Compare a sharpened greatsword with a nirnhoned maul though; that's a straight loss.
  
  Edit - probably worth saying so you can compare, I think mobs get 1% damage reduction per 500 resists, players per 660 resists. So the extra pen is prob >1% extra damage, vs a pretty small incr to crit. Even if you're crit damage is 125% I'd guess the pen is stronger. But in reality, you'd run daggers, with a nirn mh anyway....

  Didn't sharpened get buffed? I don't have the exact number in front of me, but I think it's more than 2752 now, and IIRC Sharpened Daggers give slightly better stats than Precise Maces.

  You never know in this game. I was just checking on uesp. I hadn't heard anythign about a sharpened buff but looking quickly at my temp right now I'm getting 3276 with a sharpened staff. Which makes it 1648 per weapon. When did that happen? Anyway UESP is out of date. Plus digging a random precise staff out of a trunk, it looks like crit bonus from a 2 piece is now 7.2% so 3.6% each.
  
  So that means - assuming all else equal - precise maces will give you 7.2% crit chance and 3300 pen, while sharpened daggers will give you 7.4% crit but only 3296 pen. Which makes the dagger a very slightly better deal. Assuming the crit number is still valid. That said, I still think you'd run nirn main hand.
