Face markings

Is there a way to use face markings for one race on a different one? I was thinking that the Argonian skull face paint would go great on my Breton necromancer. Thanks for any answers!

✭✭✭✭✭Skull face paint? Are you talking about the Chalk and Coal Skull marking? Because non-argonians have a version of that one too.
