When taking the outpost vendors for your guild the option to access the guilds store is no longer available.
If this is intended then the ability to take them should be disabled has there is no point for that option currently.

There are many purposes to claiming them.

Hasn't it been like that for quite some time now? I don't remember if it ever was any different. You can also claim ressources (!) and there you won't get a guild store access either. Claims are not only done to get that access.1000+ CP

Hope your issue gets fixed though.
If you claim a trader at a keep it gives everyone access to your guild store just like those outside cyrodiil.
Difference here is once the keep is captured by an opposing alliance you lose the trader. Trader costs nothing to hire.
