I'm having a critical issue with my account where these functions aren't working while offline. While ONLINE, all of these functions work properly and as expected. However while I'm OFFLINE:

- when people try to visit my primary residence, they get the error "character not found"
- when people try to send me friend requests, they get the error "account not found"
- when people try to send me mail, they get the error "unknown player"

I can somewhat deal with the mail and friend request issue, but me and my friends recently dumped a bunch of crowns into my primary residence to serve as a guildhall, so it's very frustrating for nobody to be able to visit while I'm offline.
