Can this be changed so that the animations don't hide the character model? It feels bad to gimp yourself just so you can see your character, especially since motifs/skins are expensive/tied to achievements.
For my magsorc, I get around it by slotting 2pc Chudan for my PvP build, but on some builds like the stam sorc, not slotting hurricane is heavily gimping yourself. I'm sure I'm not the only one who's put off to playing some builds because of how these skills are animated?
Or at least, give us an option?

✭✭✭✭✭In some environments, Stamsorc becomes downright invisible. I hate it, but they have shown no indication to address this.

✭✭✭✭✭It would be handy as an optional thing under settings or even by a bound key but if removal is the only option I'd pass on my comfort of seeing character clearly for the sake of not skewing the game for others really. It's an element some used to or love, others are using for pvp advantage etc.0 -

LioraValkyrie✭✭✭✭When tanking on my sorc, I have taken to using Balance instead of Boundless Storm just so I can see my character model. I would prefer to just - see - my character instead of using an addon to tell me if I'm blocking or CC'd.
Assuming I'm not already obscured by daedroths, atronachs, collossuses, bears and the like.

It used to not exist, but due to complaints of, "I have no idea if I or my opponent is actually blocking" kept coming up that indicator that was once used for basically only the shield ultimate was introduced. I like it from a gameplay perspective because it makes it easier to know what's going on, especially with all the new effects these days.PC NA - Ceyanna Ashton - Breton Vampire MagDK1 -

✭I liked it in the beginning lol. Its one of the reasons i play sorc.
Now though its a bit annoying sometimes.
That being said ill miss hurricane since they killed its duration. Ill try lightning and see what i think
And with the update coming next month you can just use 2 pets instead of it.
