I started since beta on EU servers and 1.5 year ago I extended to NA servers because less lag in cyrodill.
If we receive a house, a mount etc.for any reason or as a reward from ZOS I get it on both EU and NA side.
If I buy a new chapter with money it goes on both servers.
But if i buy a new chapter in game with crowns I have to buy it twice if i want it on both sides.
If I buy a house, mount etc. on EU in game i have to buy again on NA server (so always have to pay twice)
I'm a subscriber of ESO+ and receiving crowns !!!
But again every purchased item is always double crowns if I want it on both servers.
I got name changes and other things from a free action from ZOS but I can use only on EU not on NA.
There are many other things saying account wide which in reality are not.
Then the big logical question? why I'm a not allocated crowns on NA server too since I have to buy most stuff twice.

woufff✭✭✭✭I agree with your point, there are items account wide for both servers and account wide by server.
There certainly is a logic behind this, but so far I didn't really understand it either

joerginger✭✭✭✭✭All things added to your ESO account from outside the game (with money, like ESO+ or crowns, or e.g. Twitch drops) go to both branches of your account, but unfortunately everything you buy inside the game is only on the server you bought them on.
The name change tokens etc. most likely were given out before you made your NA account. This was definitely the case for me. I made my NA account when Elsweyr came out and the NA account never got those name & race change tokens. They must have appeared a bit earlier, perhaps when Murkmire came out.
