Word of advice to ESO Players: you may want to switch to a different platform instead of stadia as things are not looking good for it and it well and truly will have a significant Detriment on players using stadia. Yongyea explains it a whole lot better than I.

I myself never use stadia because of “certain” obscurities on a political spectrum (leaving it there) but generally other platforms like Xbox and PC/Steam usually have better options.

If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.

I agree with you but want to add the fact that the Stadia version is cross play and cross progress with the pc version. So if Stadia shuts down you can just buy the pc version and won't loose any progress. If your pc doesn't run eso properly (which might be the reason to play on Stadia in the first place) you are not able to use your character on any console.

I played eso since its Stadia release on Stadia via chromrcast Ultra on TV and switched to Xbox Series S a while ago and had to do and buy everything from the beginning. It was hurting a lot. Was cp700+ and I am currently on cp500 again.

Before watching the video, Stadia is more like a secondary access to PC/Steam when I want to play ESO or Destiny 2 on my phone away from my PC like on my bed, in the bathroom, outside of my home like at work, at the park, or to pass the time in a restaurant while waiting. I am NOT streaming from my PC like with Steam Link, its the same account and I can do leisurely activities on the go from anywhere as long as there's a stable connection.

At home PC I do all the serious activities like dungeons, on Stadia its anything I can do in spare time like dailies, farming mats, or just exploration and story quests. I like the ease of access it provides and doesn't cost extra, I'm not paying for Stadia pro, just base game purchase when it was on sale and linked my account, that's it!

I'll just keep on playing ESO on Stadia. 2936 game hours on ESO so far and I just keep loving it.
