Train Riding skill

I stopped my characters riding speed at 40% because I like to see what's around when I'm traveling. The last 2 days I've had 2 different characters have riding skills come out of the blue. I haven't been near a stable guy so I have no idea what's happening. It's like the game is doing it on it's own. Any ideas?

✭✭✭✭✭Not sure if this is relevant, but 1 skill point into the Alliance Assault passive skill continuous attack gives you the following perk: 'Gain Major Gallop at all times, increasing your Mount Speed by 30%'.
I have horse speed training maxed and that permanent major gallop buff and it is scary fast. I actually like it though because it makes the horse walking speed nice, comfortable and fast enough to be usable for me (when not in a hurry).PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo2 -
