N/A PC, Blackwood Chapters question

Hello. Just a quick question. I seen on steam getting blackwood Chapter gives people access to sumerset.

I was trying to use the jewelry craft station for dailies. And it will not let me do that unless I have sumerset.

Does owning Blackwood give you Summerset or not?

The Collector's Edition Upgrade gives you no previous chapter... its meant for people that already have them or is not interested in them.

The Collector's Edition (a few bucks more) gives you access to all previous chapters.

You need to purchase the Collection upgrade, it doesn't matter if it's CE or not.

I'm confused? Every blackwood version at the ESO store tells me I do not qualify to purchase. I will assume because I already have the product. But yet I have no access to the other 5 chapters it supposedly offers.

Or am I missing something, is there a different version at the store I'm missing or do I need to contact support to look into what I have and why I didnt get the summerset chapter? Or does the ESO store even have those versions available? (Any links)

Never mind, I think I understand now, because I have this mount (See circled) I assumed I had the full version of this blackwood copy,

But what I really need is this version.
