NPC only emotes or am I missing some?
I was noticing at times, when NPCs talk there are some emotes they use. A few I found, like, /welcome and /rubhands, but one in particular I can't find for the life of me.
Basically, they have one arm across the chest, with the other hand up, rubbing at the chin before pushing it away dismissively. Is this emote open to players or is it NPC only?

Meogi✭I don't recall the one you describe, so I cant answer whether there is emotes only available for NPCs, but have a look at the addon TiEmote, which is a comprehensive list of what you can do: http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info229-TiEmote.html#comments0
