impossible to launch the game, screen resolution in 320x240

Hello
Since yesterday I have a problem when starting TESO.
The game starts in the minimum monitor resolution (320 x 240 maybe) and opens the TESO problem window (impossible to manage).
I have made a repair but nothing happens. I have the updated 511.65 GeForce drivers. Reverting to the previous 511.23 driver did not change the problem.
Before reinstalling the game...
I opened a ticket and I wonder if they read the ticket content. Answer, delete the addons... When I say I can't run the game.
