New HIgh Isle DLC and ESO Plus

Hi. I've got a few questions regarding ESO Plus and the DLC that is or is not included.
Firstly, I access ESO through Gamepass and I took ESO Plus in July of 2021. So my questions are thus;
1. When I renew my ESO Plus in July will I get High Isle included?
2. When High Isle gets released in June - will I get access to Blackwood?
3. I see other DLC for sale in the Crown Store - is any of this included in ESO Plus?
4. With ESO Plus I get an 'allowance' of Crowns - if I don't use these Crowns, do I lose them when I renew ESO Plus?

✭✭✭✭✭1. No, High Isle is going to be a Chapter which means it will be a separate purchase until the next Chapter comes out.
2. Likely, as Chapters being converted to DLC when the next Chapter comes out has been the pattern so far.
3. Yes, all DLC is included in ESO+. However if you stop subscribing, you will lose access to any DLC you haven’t outright bought when your subscription ends.
4. You do not lose the Crowns, those stay with you until you spend them.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony
