They're using a glitch in the terrain to super jump. Which I agree shouldn't be a bannable offense.

But this was happening in mid-December if not earlier. He was mass reported, with all the evidence and a video of how he was doing it.

And yet there has been no action taken.

Personally I think it is on ZOS and not the player in this case then....while it sucks, I don't see how jumping off of provided terrain is an offense at all...also is this a case of them jumping over full hp sections of walls? I have seen somebody jump over a wall on it's last animation before, but I think you guys have this at unflagged keeps? My biggest head scratcher is how people get inside keeps that haven't been flagged for hours with no breaches inside and take scrolls from said unflagged keep...must be something different unless that is one wild super jump they are doing!! lol

They're literally jumping from the ground into the keep over the walls by exploiting the hitbox on a rock (I think that's how it works from the video I've seen).

I get the outer walls (I have guildies who are s tier jumpers and it is not uncommon to find a group of 6 of us killing time in cyro jumping from wood piles to broken pillars etc...it is a horse and pony show), but you are saying the inner walls too? I have seen some high jumps nut that is just insane and I kind of want to see it for the "wow" factor tbh..that being said it is lame that people can do that and get on the inner flags without knocking anything down

I notice sometimes when I'm running around on my mount that if I hit a rock or angled surface in a particular way I go way up in the air slowly in a weird rainbow motion. I end up getting what would be about 20-feet up in the air in real life. It's about 10x higher than I can normally jump on my mount. I'm assuming this is what you're all talking about. It happens to me unintentionally and when I'm just running around randomly in the open world. If this is the same thing it seems more like bug in the physics more than anything. There are some things that just happen in game that really shouldn't be possible. The same was the case playing Skyrim as well.

If anyone did this to circumvent combat and intended game mechanics in a Veteran Trial, they would be banned the same day it was reported. Which has always been the case.

This is precisely what happened when people were exploiting to cheese their way through vAS+2

@ZOS_Kevin how are we looking on getting this wrapped up? Seems like a week should have been more then enough time for the customer service team.

Trying to be an optimist here as I know I've posted plenty of negative things on the forums recently due to the literally hundreds of bugs that continue to NOT be fixed, even after months and years, that really affect my enjoyment of the game:

There is a patch tomorrow at least on Xbox. I think this will be the 1st patch for Xbox in about 2-months that will fix any bugs. I'm hopeful some of the biggest issues will be addressed. Unfortunately I'm doubtful that most of possible said fixes will be related to PVP. But I will hope along with you that there are any at all considering how low of a priority PVP always seems to be in this game.

Thanks for pinging me, @Qrähe. Just checked in to see where we are here. As you know, we do not report on the actions that happen to players. What we will say is this has been handled.

Regarding the exploit, it has been logged by the dev team and is being addressed. No eta yet, but they are working on it.
