Za’ij’s Sailing Apparel dye zones a huge disappointment

Given the price tag for this outfit, I'm shocked that ZOS wouldn't give us a better option for dyeing. What were you thinking?

So to get this straight - we can change the color of the leather and the metal armor pieces - two materials that have a 'natural', neutral appearance - but we can't change the purple sash and scarf, and we can't change the white tunic?
I am so grateful that I had the foresight to wait until ESO-Fashion posted the dye zones, because if I'd actually bought this and discovered that these were my only dye options I would have been infuriated. At least now I can save myself 1,600 crowns, but geez. I would rather have been able to buy it and dye it in a way that makes more sense.
