Is there a way to show Companion Health bar without showing other NPCs bars (not addon)

Hi is there a way to show the health bar that goes directly above the companions head (no where else) & show it at all times. But to do it WITHOUT showing other friendly NPCs healthbars. Within the game NOT as an addon

✭✭✭✭✭No. What you can do is set Friendly NPCs healthbars to only show up when Injured and highlighted when injured or targeted, no other green NPC can be damaged except through scripted events. When your companion takes damage then their healthbar will show up and bright when it happens, you won't see any other friendly NPC healthbar except pets.0 -

yeah already tried that it isn't what I want 
I wish they'd let us set them as separate. Seems crazy we can't. thx again 0
