Hello, I'm very curious about the lore about this year's new area High Isle, and I've searched through the UESP website but didn't find any useful information. It seems to be a mysterious location which isn't mentioned either in the lore page of Breton or High Rock. I cannot even find out where this High Isle is located. Could anyone enlighten me about these knowledges? Thanks very much.
