Which potion should I use?

GeminiEleven11
I am a pve mag sorc. I run Bahsei and Medusa. I’ve seen where it says my build should pop spell damage potions, but when I do, I don’t see my spell damage change under character. However, when I pop a spell critical potion , my crit does go up.So, should I be using spell damage pots?

That's the 'standard'. Based on your skills and gear etc. you might have one or both Major buffs already active.

If you're confident you can maintain 100% uptime without the potion, you can skip the redundant buff in the potion.

Surge is such a great skill and its benefits include the spell damage boost so you can skip that on your potion. In fact, if you are running surge, that may be why you don't see your spell damage get the potion boost (they don't stack).

Thank you. Yes, I run surge, so that definitely answers my question
