My game freeze after character enter the game.

My game used to be run normal but lately my game always freeze or get it to a black screen after I select my character to enter the game, I have already tried to set my game in low resolution, reinstall the game, update my drivers and windows version, sadly noting help to solve the problem, anyone here used to have the same problem as me? and how you guys fixed it, please recommended or share your solutions to help me seek out the answers, thanks.

Intel® Core™ i7-4790
Ram 8 GB
SSD Card 128 GB
HHD 1TB
Graphic Card GTX 745 4GB
NVIDIA 460.79

Please be sure to try all of the troubleshooting steps in this article to see if they resolve the issue.

Make sure you also try disabling any addons, which is suggested in that article. I have noticed that there are a couple of addons that go off and check on things right away, and it causes a delay when logging in. This could take some time in some situations.
