No thank you! Too many issues with these proposal. From ZOS perspective this would kill the crate business. So I don't believe this will be a thing anytime soon
Gain a bounty of 150,000 gold - (on a single character)
The bounty would be very easy to get.
Create new character.
Load up CP that makes you fast, helps escape guards and lowers time of enraged guards. (Perhaps fast running low level gear.)
Do not have any gold on hand if guards catch you.
Mostly go around assaulting people. That would be easiest crime to do fast.
After reaching 150k, delete new char. Done in 1 hour probably.

This is meant to be for fun, not something they would actually do.
All of those require dedicating too much time in 1 play session, or across multiple, to achieve. People get tired of doing the same activities multiple days in a row, while feeling like they have no choice. Compare the numbers you see at the start of events versus the last few days, when those still participating are doing the minimum to earn tickets.
The Endeavors so far are all able to be accomplished by new and veteran players alike - this list does not provide friendly options to new players. They also shouldn't feel like another job to complete.

In order for Zos to consider something like this:
1. it would need to be monthly, if not quarterly refreshing with each new DLC installment during each quarter (3 months approx).
2. it would need to be so difficult that most people won't be able to do it (like the current system). Killing 2500 unique people? Maybe around the right level of difficulty assuming it's NPC's only, and not normal mobs or players. Launder 10,000 items? Maybe the right level of difficulty, but also maybe too easy. Getting a 150k bounty? Too easy, which is why I voted for it--- It would need to be more like a 500k bounty at least. They might even push it to be something even harder: become emperor? Sure, that's probably difficult enough.
3. It would need to be an amount that would still take you several months to get a mount: 5k? that'll take you 2 or 3 months to get a mount. They'd probably justify it with 1k if that.
The point of the system is not to allow players to afford these items. It's to frustrate players into spending money to buy these items. The endeavor system has been nerfed once or twice already, from a state that was already so few points that it would take you half a year of consistent grinding to have enough to get one thing from the best options (the main options people want to pull from). If this system was really player friendly, there would be more ways to earn these points, the way to earn them would encourage you to play more content in-game and not just grind out objectives, and you'd be able to fully understand and see your progress, and know you'd be able to make it there in a month or two playing regularly (scaling based on your level and CP most likely) but not religiously.
Right now, it's designed to give new players hope, and benefit only the people with enough time and willpower to grind it out consistently forever, every day of the year, to afford 2 mounts a year when they release at minimum 12 radiant apex mounts a year. Lets not forget that one apex mount will cost you over 500 dollars, probably over 1,000 dollars, to obtain. They are a business that is earning money through a gray area practice that is new enough to skirt by most country's gambling laws, when in fact in 10 years tops, these practices will probably be heavily regulated if not outright banned in most countries because it's just gambling.
I love this game to death. But the business side of this game leaves me wanting for the company to do better to be a better, more player friendly entity since that would ensure the longevity of this game. Grabbing as much money as they can now now now as they have been doing (albeit in a limited capacity, this is no Neverwinter here), it just going to cause the game to die out sooner rather than later, and I dislike that prospect.

Why do you think that? I actually believe this is something worth discussing. Maybe ZOS even picks up this idea and discusses it further, eventually maybe implementing something like this.
But to stay on-topic, I think a monthly, bigger challenge would be interesting. Something that awards the player with a couple thousand Seals of Endeavor. I think that would be a rather neat solution and depending on the requirements it has, might even raise up the activity in certain zones.
