PS5/Performance mode here. The game normally runs super smooth but with this event it's now evident that consoles should have some kind of control over what effects get rendered on the client side. Doing a Geyser in Summerset, or the Imperfect in Clockwork City, with all of the effects from other players attacks, the framerate drops horribly and the game turns into a PowerPoint slideshow.
I feel like, at the very least, we should be able to toggle off effect rendering from players we're NOT grouped with. Either that or minimize what we actually see on our screens, by default. Similar to how companions are despawned in Fargrave (they only show to the player who owns them). Just my 2 cents.
