I never watch these announcement things, for any game. Its always 10 minutes of info dragged out over an hour or more, I'd rather wait until its over and read the inevitable summary article with all the useful info and none of the rambling.

No, because in 3 seconds of them announcing what it will be, there will be a post here about it in point form.

The hype may have faded but I am still psyched to see where this is going and what other things are coming.

If someone is kind enough to warn me when it's going up because I have no idea what 15:00 est means... I'll open a tab. Heard there was a pet for watching it... Might be wrong.

I haven't even started the Elsweyr story arc... I have zero interest in new content. Whatever is coming, fingers crossed that it is something fun.

I plan to watch it. A free pet is a free pet, after all.

But also, I only started playing last year so this will be the first time I've seen a new content reveal so I'm curious.

I imagine most people plan to watch it or would like to.

But I've done the chapter announcement song dance too many times to get excited to be honest, and I was physically present at the Luxor for the greymoor fan event in vegas.

If this is just another chapter with another added secondary system to interact with coupled with a moderately yet deceptively smaller than advertised zone to quest through with a new class or skill line. I will probably sit it out. These announcement events hardly go into depth and are seemingly more preoccupied with selling you on preorder bonuses and on ramping new players instead of speaking to the core player base that have supported the game for longer term. I fully expect the chapter release to have little on offer for me personally with what I enjoy doing in game.

Heres hoping there are more substantial foundation shifting changes in the work to really shake things up and give long time veteran players something instead of the insult that was the companion system.

Never bothered with this whole 'streaming' thing. Don't watch twitch, don't watch let's plays, don't care about hype... /meh
