Warden Skills Bug

While plaing warden i noticed those 2 skills not actually work as intended
1. Budding seeds
After the first cast of this ability if you look away and recast it you will heal the target in the new position and not in the ability placed as the tooltip say
2. Frozen Device
When i'm in cloudrest portals and use this sskill the various yagra walking to the center get teleported to me and than instantly back on the point they were rather than keep walking form where i teleported them
1. Budding seeds
After the first cast of this ability if you look away and recast it you will heal the target in the new position and not in the ability placed as the tooltip say
2. Frozen Device
When i'm in cloudrest portals and use this sskill the various yagra walking to the center get teleported to me and than instantly back on the point they were rather than keep walking form where i teleported them

perfiction✭✭✭✭✭1 - didn't notice it myself, will pay more attention in the future.
2 - the only crowd control that works against Yaghras in portal is a slow (for example from DK's Cinder Storm), you can't chain/snare/stun them so I guess it's intended.
One more bug to the list - Bursting Vines are sometimes not healing the target if it's blocking - this is really annoying during vSS HM tombs because vines are the strongest burst heal for Warden so you must use weaker (and more expensive) Enchanted Growth.Edited by perfiction on January 24, 2022 2:19PM0 -

you can chain them, useing DK's Unrelentig grip or Fighter's guild'd Silver leash you will chanin them and they will walk from where they are moved, this is the way i obtained Yagra Blockade achivement on the DK

perfiction✭✭✭✭✭Did a quick test of budding seeds and you're right - recasting the ability heals target under your reticle instead of target standing inside initial AOE heal:

Yeah, it is bugged. Some sort of desync for the seeds, while device is just not working
