Healing should be a separate stat? We already have that stat. It's called Magicka & Stamina.

Gankers are flat destroying large number of build variety - they types of builds that would be fine if they wouldn't get oneshot from nowhere consistently.
The aim of every change should be to increase variety, not to decrease variety.0
