Icy Conjuror Wraith does not Appear upon Proc

When the Icy Conjuror item set procs from a Minor Debuff application every 10s, the ice wraith does not appear. The frost damage over time can be seen on the affected enemy, but the ice wraith doesn't appear beforehand with any Minor Debuff application, at any range. PC NA

EDIT: They fixed this in update 33

Here's a video of the issue. You can see the DoT on the target dummy so the set is proccing. Just no wraith.

Compared to an older video I found of the set, you can clearly see the wraith moving to the target, and an icy explosion on impact. There's a good shot of it at a range at 3:04.

VIDEO is indeed probably the best most helpful method of reporting yep.

And thanks for the posting btw, cuz i was sitting on an incomplete 'Ice Conjuror' set and debating on whether or not to start grinding for the rest of it

as long as the dmg is still working then it doesnt bother my mag warden build lol, it adds some great single target dps especially now that it can crit again

its really hard to notice when that would proc on my mag warden anyway with all the other aoe (and i also primarily use this toon for arenas like vateshran and maelstrom)
