Baron Zaudrus Shoulder is hilariously small

The Baron Zaudrus Shoulder wasn't showing up when I previewed it. So I relogged and it still wasn't showing up.
I almost submitted a bug report until I took a closer look.
Why is it so small and on the wrong shoulder?
