Edit: if you are referring to as when i became a member to ESO it was in 2016, I didn't actually register most likely to the forums in 2018. i have had way too many games to play, and have only recently decided to start back again.

It is very frustrating that "account wide" things, like mounts, are not "account wide". I like the PC much better, but lost a lot of stuff myself, probably including some CE stuff which I forgot about. Quite annoying.

I don't think it's counted as a rare mount. From what I remember and what's listed on UESP:

• It was sold on the website for most of the first year, then in the crown store from May 2015 - May 2016. It cost 900 crowns and was constantly available in that time, so it wasn't a special/limited offer.
• It was included in the Gold Edition, which was the version most widely available from 2016 - 2018.
• Then it was added to the Storm Atronach crown crates and is available again whenever the crates come back.

There's no way to know exactly how many are in the game but a lot of people will have it and if they got the Gold Edition it was almost certainly their 'starter' mount - the first one they got. (Like the white Imperial horse for people who got the Imperial Edition.)

For what it's worth I've got it on PC EU and I use it frequently, most often on my crafter going around Alinor. I've never noticed anyone paying any attention to it and no one has ever contacted me to ask about it.

I've seen maybe half dozen on xbox, I only noticed it because I like organic looking mounts, I highly doubt anyone would follow you around on this lol, maybe they'd look twice.

I would def buy it if they made the Storm Atronach Crates available again, but my number 1 desire mount from those crates is the Red Pit Wolf.
