They tested Daedric first on PTS so likely will follow. To be fair, not sure why they can't let us know the dates now.
Nah, they changed the name to reflect how the event no longer happens once in the middle of the year now. Before 2020 there was only the "midyear" one (i.e. june/july), maybe this year we'll have just one instance?
Starting this year, the event is named Whitestrake's Mayhem because it started to appear twice a year and the "Midyear" part didn't seem to make sense anymore.

To be fair, it never made sense; even when they had it in the summer it was in Sun’s Height, not Midyear. They tried to explain it away with a new Pelinal lorebook initially, apparently they’ve given up on that.
