Knowing how ZOS balances things, no thank you. It'll deal less damage and be a pain in the butt to land in melee in PvP with the current lag situation.

A rework would definitely be preferred. But considering how inane the current feeding system / buff debuffs are I'm not gonna hold out hope. The main reason I play as a vampire is because I enjoy the aesthetic of vamp necro. but good god is the vamp skill tree horrible. The passives don't even mesh well with the active abilities. Running stealth is over powered but none of the skills let the player become invisible in order to feed etc.
