Keep doing his quests and you'll get that costume as a reward.

There is no motif though, costume only.

I don’t know about Motif but

You get his costume at the conclusion of the quest.

Also it's almost the same as in-game House Redoran motif bar helmet, so you can use part of it for outfits for sure.
