Possible to scroll more than 1 line at a time with mouse wheel?

I've looked in forums, but the search function there is ... not so good.
I have set my mouse wheel to scroll multiple lines (6, 10, etc) in windows, but it still only scrolls one line at a time in ESO. This is mostly a pain when trying to get to the bottom of various lists (ie inventory).
Does anyone know a fix for this? I have tried to bind keyboard keys to scroll, and they work out of game, but in game they also only scroll 1 line per key press. The pg-up & pg-dn keys don't do anything in game.
Thanks!

Hold shift and start scrolling. If that's not base game then it's probably the pchat addon letting me do that.

I usually try to grab the list box's scroll bar with my mouse and drag it up and down when I want to find something quicker, but that can be a bit awkward if I'm rushing.

I don't use addons, so I'll have to try that Shift key suggestion to see whether it's part of the base game's UI functionality.

I tried the shift key. It doesn't do anything. I then tried it in the chat window (I have pchat installed), but it didn't affect that either. I looked in the pchat settings, but can't find anything for scrolling.

Another thing to point out is that the way scroll works in ESO's chat box is that it scrolls up one post per 'tick' of the scroll wheel. So instead of lines it's scrolling past whole posts.

Well, one good thing came out of this for me-- while looking at the Settings / Controls, I saw that "Secondary Action" is "R," which I think means I can type "R" after opening a banker to get to a Guild Bank without having to use the mouse.

Interesting. I have the dunmer banker, and my control's are set to summon him with the "B" key, but I think that's using an addon. Many addons have their own key bindings you can set.
Well, thanks to you both for looking into this. I will continue to look, to see if perhaps the game settings for the mouse wheel can be changed or overriden.

No, I meant the banker NPCs at banks, not the banking assistant. Their first option is your own bank account, second option is guild bank, and third option is guild store. I knew I could select the first option with E, but I didn't know I could select the second option with R, or the third option with F.

Except I just now tried them and they don't work, so I'm not sure what "secondary action" and "tertiary action" are supposed to mean. And E says "primary action" but also says "accept," so I guess when you press it in the banker's dialog it actually means accept the default choice-- the first one-- and not "primary action" per se. Secondary action is things like "loot all" after pressing E to loot a corpse or E to lockpick a chest
