I went to purchase this line, as I have done with others in the past, but on this one character it is not working. I have tried three times, all three times the Crown Store charged me (I was refunded after putting in tickets) but I did not receive the line. The crowns were gone but nothing else happened, no animation, no message, no skill line showed up.

So I was refunded but I still have an issue as to why I cannot purchase this on this character. He was a werewolf at one time but was cured. I have rank 10 Vamps on other toons on the same account so that isn't the issue. Any other ideas? I plan to get a bite to see if I can even become one at all, just haven't yet.
