Cyrodiil Improvements

Many people have asked for new content to spice up Cyrodiil. So just wondered what people were thinking they would like to see. More overland quests?

Personally, I think it would be cool if we had some kind of daedric portals that spawn in keeps now and again with the daedric forces trying to take control of the keep. If they succeed, the keep icon goes black. They would have to be tough enemies, like the Imperial City roaming bosses or the sewer Xivkyn. Could be chaos if there is a three way struggle for a keep and then all of a sudden scary daedra suddenly invade too.

    Seems like the focus should be on making what we already have work properly if you ask me.

    You must not have seen the other thread on PvP that is exploding right now.

    I have seen it. If you mean the video response. I was just thinking that by pulling in people from PVE it might actually incentivise more improvements for Cyro.

    Honestly a good start would better tutorials for Cyrodiil. Beter explanation of the game mechanics: health minimums, VD, PB. Things that are so obvious to vet PvPers that are lost on new recruits.

    I witnessed the entire DC zerg being farmed by a 12-man ball group Tuesday night in BR. It was epic, I tip my hat to them. But it was largely made possible by the fact that the zergies where stacking on top of each other (and my group lol) and just being VD/PB procs.

    Revert the 12-man group change as well. That just made it harder for guilds to recruit

    Besides obvious performance improvements of course.

    I would really like to see mobile objectives. Something to create smaller fights in less-used areas of the map, as well as a way to make roads more useful. Escorting large siege equipment or materials for example.

    Smaller request would be craftable siege equipment. Something to make crafting actually impactful to the general economy.

    I like that idea-reminds me of pvp in Aion back when the game was good.

    i love this idea...there would need to be some type of tie in though to campaign population...it can be a bit of work already trying to take a keep with only 3 people...unless the daedra attack keep guards too :)

    I always thought that ZOS intended to do something along these lines with things like the bridge with daedra on it in between Allesia & Roebeck... unless there is already a PVE quest for this that I missed? It always looked like it was meant to be a portal to oblivion or something along those lines... as I glanced at it while riding from Allesia to Roe! :D

    However, I doubt it would turn out like you might expect...with 3 factions fighting each other & then scary daedra turn up to 'take the keep'. The NPCs would be completely ignored until all enemy faction players were dead. Then the NPCs would be steam-rolled with ease by the winning faction. That's how it goes in IC... the bosses are just used as a distraction to kill the players.

    I really hope the zos method of fixing cyro is not to add more PVE into it.
    Can you at least wait until zos chases away the last of the pvp community before making plans for it carcass?
