syvarra's scales vs vipers sting

It feels like syvarra’s scale is out performing vipers sting. I tried out both and even though vipers sting has got crit but even though it’s nice but if you run almost full medium due to crit change it would be out performed by scale set.

And since scale does aoe and the little 20% reduction from guards. Pve city encounter and I read that it works with guards in cyrodiil too.

Vipers sting still only does single target only.

Both damages from the sets is the same roughly

Viper's Sting is on the low end of dps proc sets at the moment.

Not all sets are created equally.

viper procs only from melee dmg
syvarra procs from any dmg dealt

That’s the thing how is a overland set better than a dungeon set? All theses dumb changes of flipping back and forth to know procs can crit again? Like what is going on in the combat team for the devs? This is why quiet bit of players don’t play regularly due to this and the only ones that keep playing is either the story or end game trail runs which almost all players want top leaderboard always. Pvp is a whole another topic since it crashes on consoles often nowadays till it gets fixed
