Soul Sworn Thrall Broken?

I just recently placed this in my house only to discover it's not working correctly. I browsed through the forums and found others are / were having the same problem, but no solution has been found. After I placed the Thrall I cannot attack it. My weapons go right through it as if it's not there. I try to sneak up on it and feed my vampire, but that part don't work either. The thrall doesn't even detect me nor does the FEED option appear.
I did place the Thrall correctly on the surface of the ground.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

I really appreciate the reply. I found the problem, and I sure feel stupid. As it turns out I bought the wrong one not knowing there were two. Problem will be resolved shortly.

✭✭✭✭✭sometimes the positioning can be weird, because the vampire feed is actually a "long range" version of blade of woe
it can be pretty painful having a toon with both blade of woe and vampire feed and knowing the range at which blade of woe turns into vampire feed
i know ive also sometimes had problems with my character actually going into stealth in order to do the vampire feed on the thrall dummyplays PC/NA
