Any Graphics Tricks to Help with Motion Sickness? (boosted character speed in-game)

As question, I really enjoy running characters with boosted movement speed. But doing it for about an hour I get symptoms of motion sickness which never come up traveling at "normal" speeds.

Are there graphics settings I could try tweaking to reduce/disguise apparent movement of the world?

Like bloom or distance blurring I don't know.

PC. I'm open to addons or reshade etc.

EDIT: I run third person max zoom most of the time.

hi there, if you haven't already , you might wanna go browse the 'mods & add-ons' section: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/add-ons-and-ui-mods .....and.... i've also found ANOTHER similar thread for you here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/260767/help-i-am-having-motion-sickness-while-playing-eso ...which, while slightly out-dated, seems to have a few solid tips for you to try.

For me the answer in any game has always been anti-aliasing. Turn it off and see if it helps. Good luck.

One other one some people use is to put the game into windowed mode and shrink it to leave a chunk of the screen round the edges and in the field of view as background. For some people with motion sickness the presence of an obviously fixed border seems to stop the problem.
